Shipping & Delivery

  • Product will only be shipped after full payment is received.
  • All available products will be dispatched within 2 working days.
  • Complimentary curbside delivery Australia wide. Please have someone to assist on the day of delivery.
  • Additional charges apply for door-to-door delivery, please contact us at support@jhta.com.au for rates.
  • Additional charges apply for installation, please contact us at support@jhta.com.au for rates.

Freight only

  • Victoria: Between 3 - 5 working days after order is placed.
  • All other states: Between 5 -10 working days after order is placed.
  • International Shipping (NZ): Between 21 - 30 working days after order is placed

Product installation/assembly

  • Victoria: Between 5 - 7 working days after order is placed.
  • All other states: Between 10 -15 working days after order is placed.
  • International Shipping (NZ): Between 30 - 40 working days after order is placed

Pick-up

Pickup is only available upon receipt of "Ready For Pick-up" notification email.

  • Time: Mon - Fri (8:30AM - 3:30PM) Exclude Public Holidays

    Cancellations, Returns or Refunds

    We do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds due to change of mind. On rare occasions, if a change of mind request is approved, an admin fee of $149 + GST will incur.
