We delivery to all Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Queensland, Brisbane, Western Australia and Tasmania residents.
Unit will come boxed and delivered to the curbside only.
To arrange installation for this product, please contact us as fees will incur.
Special delivery will need to be arranged with the courier if you have stairs leading up to your property. This will result in an additional charge by the courier.
Product will only be shipped after full payment is received. All available products will be dispatched within 2 working days. Complimentary curbside delivery Australia wide. Please have someone to assist on the day of delivery.
For all accessories, including brands such as Australian Barbell Company, there will be an additional charge for shipping and is not included within our complimentary shipping offer.
Estimated Delivery time (Freight only)
Metro Areas: Between 5 - 7 business days after order is placed.
Regional Areas: Between 5 - 10 business days after order is placed.
International Shipping (NZ): Between 21 - 30 working days after order is placed
Product installation/assembly
Victoria: Between 5 - 7 business days after order is placed.
All other states: Between 10 - 15 working days after order is placed.
Pick-up
Pickup is only available upon receipt of "Ready For Pick-up" notification email.
Pick-up location: 132 Vision Street, Dandenong South, 3175 VIC.
Pick up hours: Mon - Fri (8:30AM - 3:30PM) excluding Public Holidays.
Cancellations, Returns or Refunds
We do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds due to change of mind or product purchased incorrectly (Including all third-party products and/or spare parts). On rare occasions, if a change of mind request is approved, an admin fee of $199 + GST will incur. The buyer will also be responsible for any courier charges for returned products.
