    We purchased an Horizon Andes 5.1 elliptical from Johnson Health Tech Australia and the product is brilliant... incredibly solid, well built and will probably last a very last time. The only two negatives are as follows: while the delivery was VERY quick, the driver simply refused to help shift the very heavy piece into my home. He left the box, on the pallet, on the nature strip outside of my home. The woman on the phone who helped arrange the delivery informed me that the driver would help me get it in my home BUT this driver simply refused. I had to cut open the box on the nature strip and shift each piece into my home by myself. It wasn't much fun. Also... the LCD screen should be updated to something more in line with 2025-26 and... the heart rate monitor doesn't seem to work at all. In spite of those negative comments my wife and I do enjoy the machine and it gets used between 30 to 120 mins each and every day. Oh... and please add more monthly points to the accounts in the atZone app, we have already used all of ours up!

    We are really enjoying using our new elliptical machine, especially on days when the weather is not suitable for exercising outdoors. There was a slight delay in receiving it, but this was due to the local transport company. Johnson Fitness were very helpful in resolving this.
